# Cancel and return policy

**Business Customers and Companies**

By placing an order via the webshop, the buyer commits to accepting the delivered ordered goods at the moment they are offered by the driver/carrier. If the items are damaged or incomplete, this must be reported to the driver/carrier. Additionally, you can notify us via info@kortpack.nl or by calling 0031- (0)184-614256. We will then resolve the issue appropriately for you.

We advise you to check at the time of delivery that the correct item has been delivered, that the quantity is correct, and that there is no damage. Should there be any discrepancies, please inform us, but no later than 48 hours after delivery.

**Terms and Conditions**

Only stock items can be returned. Custom-made, specially ordered for you, or personalized items cannot be returned.
Return shipments must be reported in writing via info@kortpack.nl. We will then send you a return form.
The costs for the return shipment are at the buyer's expense.

Once we have received the return in good order, we will refund the purchase amount to your account within 14 working days.
Returns are possible within 8 working days after purchase.
