The 12.7 mm VELCRO® QWIK Tie is double-sided hook-and-loop on a 22.9 metre roll, with hooks on one side and loops on the other. You cut off exactly what you need and the tape closes around itself, ideal for thinner cables and delicate cords.

### Narrow tape for fine cable work

At just 12.7 mm wide, this version is perfect for thin cables, earphones, data leads and small bundles where a wide strap would be too bulky. The slim tape wraps neatly around the bundle and keeps everything compact, even in tight spaces behind equipment.

### Glue-free and endlessly reusable

This tape works entirely without an adhesive layer: the hooks and loops interlock and hold the bundle in place. You loosen the strap just as easily to add or remove a cable. Because nothing is cut off or thrown away, you save material compared with disposable fixings.

### How do I cut a strap from this narrow roll?

Unroll the length you want, allow a few centimetres of overlap and cut straight across. The 12.7 mm tape is quickly sized with ordinary scissors and does not fray.

### What is the difference with a cable tie?

A cable tie such as [cable ties](en/closure-materials/cable-ties) is fastened once and cut off when removed. This narrow QWIK Tie opens and closes again and again, handy for bundles you change often.
