It bundles diameters from 6 to 102 mm and comes in a Euro-slot bag of 50 that you can simply hang on a pegboard or stores rack. The strap is made of natural polyamide 6.6, halogen-free and silicone-free, with a UL94 V-2 flammability rating. A grade 316 stainless steel barb locks it at any point, so the bundle stays put under vibration or tension. Because uncoloured polyamide is not UV resistant, this tie is intended for indoor use. Size, tensile strength and locking mechanism are identical. The TY527MXR is black and UV resistant, so also suitable outdoors, whereas the natural TY527MR is intended for indoor use and is rated up to +85 °C rather than +105 °C. ### Is there a detectable version of this size? Yes, the TY527MR-NDT. It is blue and detectable, intended for areas where fragments of cable ties must be traceable with detection equipment, such as food processing.
