# White cable ties 1500mm long x 9mm

## White cable ties 9.0 x 1500 mm

At a metre and a half long, the white cable ties in 9.0 x 1500 mm are the most pronounced size for extreme girths. The 79 kg pulling force is retained even across this distance, marking the top of our range of [white cable ties](https://www.kortpack.nl/en/closure-materials/cable-ties/white-cable-ties). For the very largest bundles where even a long tie falls short, this size offers maximum reach.

### Maximum reach for the largest bundles

Think of tree trunks, posts, bundled pipes and mesh fencing with a substantial diameter, or holding pallets and bales together. The metre and a half makes room to catch very bulky or angular loads in a single loop. If the tie stays outdoors in the sun for years, choose the UV-resistant [black cable ties](https://www.kortpack.nl/en/closure-materials/cable-ties/black-tyraps).

### Working with the longest size

This much strap calls for measured tightening; with a [cable tie pliers](https://www.kortpack.nl/en/closure-materials/cable-ties/cable-ties_pliers) you build the tension in a controlled way and prevent the loop from overshooting or twisting. The rugged polyamide 6.6 holds the huge bundle tight without deforming under its own tension.

## Frequently asked questions

### What makes this 1500 mm the right choice for extreme girths?

The length wraps in one piece the bundles you could otherwise only close by linking shorter ties, which costs strength. With one continuous strap you spread the load evenly across the whole girth.

### What temperature range does this strap stay reliable in?

The polyamide works from roughly -40 to +85 °C, so the tie does not turn brittle at once in frost and keeps its grip in summer heat. For lasting UV exposure, the black, UV-resistant version remains advisable.

### Can I reuse such a large tie?

No, the head locks for good and the strap is removed by cutting it. If you want to reopen a bulky bundle later, take a look at our [reusable cable ties](https://www.kortpack.nl/en/closure-materials/cable-ties/resealable-cable-ties).
