# Single wall box 305x220x220 mm A4 ## **Cardboard box 305 x 220 x 220 mm - tall single wall with an A4 base** The base of **305 x 220 x 220 mm** is a shade larger than an A4 sheet. Folders, ring binders and catalogues therefore lie flat on the bottom instead of sitting at an angle, and the height takes a decent stack on top of them without the contents being able to tip over. Since 2007, we have been the go-to wholesaler for single wall folding boxes, and this size reappears in almost every packing area, which is why it sits prominently in our range of [folding boxes](en/cardboard-boxes/folding-boxes). The material is single wall corrugated board of 3 mm in B quality, meaning one fluted layer between two flat liners. That is the standard build for light to medium-duty shipments, and with normal contents the box stays taut and square. If your contents become more demanding, or the boxes stand several layers high on a pallet, it is worth looking at [double wall shipping boxes](en/cardboard-boxes/folding-boxes/cardboard-boxes-double-wave). ### **What usually goes inside** - **Office and archive** - ring binders, suspension files, letterheads and printed matter. - **Books and media** - a filled box stays easy to carry on this footprint. - **Webshop orders** - several items in one parcel, with room for cushioning all around. ### **Specifications** - **Dimensions:** 305 x 220 x 220 mm - **Material:** corrugated cardboard - **Quality:** single wall, 3 mm - **Flute type:** B-flute - **Colour:** brown - **Printing:** unprinted - **Pack contents:** 25 boxes - **Packs per pallet:** 48 ### **Features and benefits** - **Supplied flat** - you only erect the boxes when you actually need them. - **Brown and unprinted** - free to label, stamp or wrap as you wish. - **Suited to automatic closing** - straight flaps that fall flat onto each other. - **Fully recyclable** - corrugated board without any coating. Do you have questions about which size of [single wall shipping boxes](en/cardboard-boxes/folding-boxes/single-wave-shipping-boxes) is best suited to your situation? Please don't hesitate to contact us - by phone on [+31 184 – 614256](tel:+31%20184%20-%20614256), via [info@kortpack.nl](mailto:info@kortpack.nl) or via [WhatsApp](https://wa.me/31184614256). ### **Frequently asked questions** ### Does an A4 folder lie flat on the bottom? It does. At 305 x 220 mm there are a few millimetres of clearance all around an A4 sheet, so folders and binders lie flat rather than standing at a slant inside the box. ### What is the quickest way to close this box? Fold the short flaps first and the long ones after, then run a strip of [tape](en/tape) over the seam in one movement. With a filled box it is best to tape the underside in an H pattern. ### Why pick 3 mm here rather than 4 mm? For light to medium-duty goods, 3 mm is more than sufficient. With sharp-edged or demanding parts, the 4 mm flute offers noticeably more spring. ## Gerelateerde producten - [Kortpack dispenser Box void-fill paper](en/palletdeals/kortpack-dispenser-box-void-fill-paper) -
